Community Consult – our unique community engagement tool.

Community Consult was developed to capitalise on the changes we observed in the dynamics of marketing. The tool enables us to help our clients to harness the power of communities. It is based on six core principles. Firstly, we identify the communities that we would like to reach out to, or those community groups to whom our client’s product or service will appeal. We then use our field team to immerse ourselves into their needs and issues, within the context of the client’s offering. We then introduce the brand, product or service to them, flexed so that it reflects their needs and issues and acknowledges them. We then involve ourselves in the community group – communicating with them through their channels, supporting them in related issues and getting to know them. This creates an intimate relationship which can be developed to include generating feedback on brand developments, sense checking creative work, or generating peer reviews. Finally, we integrate these findings into our marketing strategy to ensure that our communications are reaching out to the communities we are targeting in an insightful, compelling and effective manner.
